You agree to not disclose any of the content of your shared experience or purchased content of the shared experience on social media of any type.

You agree to not adversely promote or harm intentionally or otherwise this service including but not limited to negative posts etc.

You note and agree that your shared experience will be on-sold as the EX-Doc resulting in no monetary gain, gift or the like to you the sharer.

The National EX Register its owners, operators or affiliates are not responsible for the content uploaded to its web site or social media sites such as but not limited to Face Book, nor is it responsible for the content sold to those seeking information about another’s shared experience. The National EX Register is operated as a courier with no direct input into a persons shared experiences and any content is solely the responsibility of the sharer that being the person who uploaded the content for use, sale and purchase.

Data Policy.
You have the power to share your experiences about your EX, helping to assist those seeking a relationship but have limited information or facts about your EX’s abilities, integrity and character. You have agreed to allow the National EX Register to sell, distribute or the like to another party your experience known as the EX-Doc.

Information you Provide.
We collect the information you provide when you use our service, this includes information about the content you provide, such as the information about you and your EX keeping in mind this information is not for public viewing unless specifically requested/paid for.

Information about Payments.
If you use our service for purchases or financial transactions (like when you purchase the EX-Doc), we collect information about the purchase or transaction. This includes your payment information, such as your credit or debit card number and other card information, and other account and authentication information, as well as billing, shipping and contact details however this information is private and confidential and not available to third parties.

Promote Safety and Security.
We use the information you have supplied to us to assist those looking for a relationship or in a relationship to help them identify any concerns and to promote safety and security by investigating suspicious persons and or activities of that person. We work hard to protect your personal information from being accessed and used inappropriately, using automated systems, advanced technology and encryption.

The content of your shared experience may be accessed by another who have requested and paid for the EX-Doc.

EX Doc.
The EX Doc is your shared experience which is available at a cost to any person seeking information about your experience.

Liability and Possible Litigation.
The content of your shared experience must not contain abusive, false or misleading material that could harm, hinder or promote violence.

It’s advised that you should store any factual evidence about your shared experience should your EX decide to sue/litigate.

Please note your shared experience may be used against you should you violate this clause and use this SERVICE/PLATFORM as a form of revenge.

New Owner.
If the ownership or control of all or part of our services or their assets changes, we may transfer your information to the new owner.

Sharing With Law Enforcement.
Your personal details and shared experience will be shared with law enforcement if in the event the content you have shared is in some way deemed fraudulent, offensive or of a criminal nature.

Delete Your Shared Experience.
You may request at any time the return and or deletion of any shared experiences you have uploaded.

Warning
If in the event you upload material that is false and cannot be backed up with factual evidence you may be liable for Defamation of character – This occurs when someone makes a false statement about you that causes you some type of harm. The statement must be published (meaning some third party must have heard it), false, and it must result in harm, usually to the reputation.
